    Yes! Most of our tents are designed for quick and hassle-free setup, with clear instructions and lightweight components for easy transport.

    Yes. All products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty:

    • Oru Kayak — 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
    • Hoodoo Sports — 1-year limited warranty on kayak hulls and components
    • Major Fitness — 2-year frame warranty; 1-year on cables, pulleys, and parts
    • White Duck Outdoors — 1-year warranty on canvas and hardware

    To initiate a warranty claim, email support@primetrekfitness.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
