Shipping Time and Delivery Expectations
Shipping times vary by product type. Standard items ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4–7 business days. Freight items — including kayaks, power racks, Smith machines, and large canvas tents — ship within 1–3 business days and deliver in 7–21 business days via LTL freight carrier. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund. Items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee. Return shipping is covered by Prime Trek Fitness for defective or incorrect items. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@primetrekfitness.com. Orders that have already been shipped will fall under our Return and Refund Policy.
