Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been processed and shipped by our brand partner. In most cases, this window is within 2–4 business hours of placing your order.
How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm your cancellation request within 2 business hours during regular business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm MST).
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched by our brand partner warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item under our 30-Day Return Policy once it is delivered. Note that change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Freight Orders
For LTL freight items (power racks, large canvas tents, kayaks), please request cancellation as early as possible. Once a freight shipment has been picked up by the carrier, a cancellation may incur return freight costs which will be deducted from your refund.
